Refund policy

Every Wandering Chaos piece is handmade in the Netherlands. This policy explains when you can return a product and how refunds work. The full details are in our Terms of Service.

14 days to change your mind

For products that can be returned, you have 14 days after receiving your order to let us know that you want to withdraw from your purchase. You do not need to give a reason.
After letting us know, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us.

What can be returned

Chokers ordered in a standard size can be returned within 14 days.
Nipple pasties can be returned only if the hygiene seal is still intact.

What cannot be returned

Harnesses, because every harness is made to your personal measurements.
Chokers made in a custom length or to other individual specifications.
Nipple pasties with a broken hygiene seal.

This does not affect your rights if a product is defective, damaged or not made as agreed. In that case, contact us and we will find a solution.

How to return

Email us at info@wanderingchaos.nl with your order number and the product you want to return. You can use the model withdrawal form in our Terms of Service, but this is not required.
Send the product back within 14 days after emailing us, to:
Wandering Chaos, Ruth Firststraat 34, 1447 WV Purmerend, the Netherlands
Return the product unworn and in its original condition. You may inspect it the way you would in a shop.

Return costs

You pay the cost of sending the product back to us.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price and the original standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the product back, or until you have shown proof that you sent it, whichever comes first.
Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for your order.

Defective or damaged products

Received something damaged, defective or not as agreed? Email us at info@wanderingchaos.nl with your order number, a short description and clear photos. We will look into it and offer a repair, adjustment, replacement or refund, in line with your legal rights.
